Bowden Francis through 6 no-hit innings. 6K’s, 2 walks, 81 pitches.

He's through 7 innings now, 7 K's but he gave up a home run that inning. 92 pitches

Kirk is 3 for 4 in the game.

Holy s*** does New Hampshire's pitching staff suck balls.

Groshans is 3 for 3 tonight though.

Martin is o for 1 with 2 walks

Taylor is also playing, o for 2 with a walk

Good to see them all in the line up.

NH hitters with 9 walks in 6 innings so far. Love to see that approach in the minors. Martin continues to draw walks. If he can find a bit of power in his swing, I think he'll really take off. Groshans has been perfect at the plate so far. 3 for 3, 1bb. He's been heating up. He just needs to stay healthy. When he has, he's performed at high levels.

Saw this in BA's chat today.

DB (Ohio):

Who are some of the lower level prospects, or lesser known names, you expect to pop offensively, and rise up prospect ranks this season?

Josh Norris: If we're counting the portion of the season already completed, then I would consider Gabriel Moreno at the very top of the heap of guys who have risen this year. Before his injury, the reviews on him were absurd in all capital letters, 72-point font, bolded and underlined.

Please, the sooner the better. Hopefully we can move Reese of Jano in a trade...ASAP.

This has to be what it is. Waiting on moving likely McGuire.

One would think it would be McGuire being moved. Considering any team could have had him a cpl months ago for basically free it's great to see he up'd his value with his recent play!

What's the word on Orelvis' defence? Can he stick at short stop?

I think that's doubtful, but we said the same thing about Bo so we'll have to wait and see.

Maybe. But I think the expectation is that he’s more likely to move to third.

80% of SS prospects are expected to eventually move to 3rd or 2nd because they can't stick at SS, and then they come up and stick at SS. I don't trust future position evaluations very much.
