About as much fun as it's been to be a Jays fan in two decades.

 

This team has always been better than it's record indicates. Plus 100 in run differential and only a game above .500, that's insane. AA couldn't waste this team and IMO did what had to be done. I think it's the best team in the AL. Yankees are catchable, and the rest of the division is mediocre. If Stroman can return as the pitcher he was, this is a legit WC contender.

Me too. I feel like they are fairly average hitters but Snider can at least play a decent outfield. He's more valuable.

It might be a little awkward in the room, but at bats are individual events. Defensively, the middle infield might struggle to turn a double play or two, since neither Goins nor Travis have had much practice with Tulo (and as someone who played the MI, there is definitely a timing thing that happens during double plays, and a chemistry does need to be built.)

I've seen a few of the pundits today talking about the type of guys AA has brought in this year. It's all hard core guys with good work ethics who are professional in how they go about things.
