Typically, pitchers would have to wait 15 days before they are recalled.  So this move would seem pretty stupid.  However, there are various exceptions, including things like injuries or double headers.  But one of the exceptions is the end of the minor league season, which is scheduled for September 20th.  So I suspect he'll be recalled on the 21st?  Does that seem right?

If you're a reliever who can't handle back to back days with JS as your manager, then you're F'd. Like half the Jays pen is in the top 10 in appearances for RPs. Ricky has to get his arm ready for 4 games in 5 days, and stuff like that.

I don’t care who you are.  If we are paying you, you pitch when we tell you to.  Even if it’s 9 or 10 innings a day 162 games a year 

if you’re hurt, scrub toilets with your good arm, from when team shows up to get in uniform until the last player has showered, until you can pitch.

that would stop this epidemic of faking injuries
