they get a bit of credit for the Konnor Griffin pick 9th overall. a lot of credit for picks like Bubba Chandler (72nd overall).

He's way too chase prone unfortunately. 65-70 grade power on its own just won't cut it if you can't even play a good enough 1B, lose value on the basepaths, and chase so much that your OBP isn't cracking .300.

He's also right handed so he's on the weak side of the platoon. Weak side platoon 1B are essentially worthless.

They are still bad and are probably the worst team in the league still but they aren't historically bad like last year. They are probably tracking for about a 20-win improvement.

They are pretty healthy right now so I think it will benefit to play them later in the year rather than early. They can't even fill out the major league staff as is, but midway through the year they definitely won't be able to.

The Orioles Zach Eflin underwent UCL reconstruction (Tommy John) surgery today. He’ll miss the rest of the season and probably at least the first half of 2027

 

Cubs right-hander Cade Horton will undergo elbow surgery and miss the remainder of the 2026 season.  Horton has a torn ulnar collateral ligament.

Yankees prospects are always ranked way higher than they should be, been like that forever. Part of me thinks its some kind of collusion with them paying off ranking sites to make their guys look better

There used to be the Michael Kay show.  It was fun to watch when the Yankees went 14-12 in a month and the Red Sox or someone got within 3 games.  There was no Michael show last year, but Michael Kay was still fun with the 'don't hang on the rim in July' thing....   and finally had to admit the Jays were good in October.

Was on fire in 2026 and just tore his hamstring, needs surgery 

Losing his prime MLB seasons to major injuries. Will be 29 next year. Sadness.

I already have a home Pirates Skenes jersey, so if I got the City Connect one, would get Konnor Griffin, but it's not available yet. 

The Braves vintage baby blues are really nice. Debating on who I should get - Acuna or Riley. 

Also, like the Orioles ones as they kinda look cool. 

Not sure what to think of the Royals. 

Not a fan of the Reds or the Rangers or the Brewers lol.
