  1. Queue 6 innings of one run ball for Jax against this team.
  2. Ohtani included a bunch of extra revenue from Japan. I'm not sure Trout has as much of a pull on their revenue as Ohtani did so might be a guy they would trade. That being said, it would take a significant future haul for them to do so and I'm not sure it is worth it at this point in his career.
  3. Yohendrick for me please
  4. Sigh, Barger going for an MRI and is back on the IL. Pinango returns
  5. He doesn't qualify for Rookie of the year. Parker Messick has been nearly as good but you don't hear a thing about him since he doesn't play for the Yankees.
  6. Kaz for me today
  7. False, they have now given up 4ER through 6+
  8. I should go Kaz but I am going to go with the returning Barger.
  9. Never mind, I'm going Kilometres Straw
  10. Me looking for Barger who "Worse case scenario is back on Friday"
  11. Cleveland will role out Williams and Messick Texas has Degrom and Eovaldi and gore Mariners have a bevy of options Yankees have Schlittler, Fried, Rodon, Cole Our offense against Rays pitching is like the story of the stoppable force against the immovable object All that is to say I'm not sure the Jays have the advantage you indicate
  12. It hasn’t made sense to me how every talking head just talks about Cole like he will come back as dominant as his old self. He’s been out for most of two years and is old….no sure thing at all.
  13. Honestly, I think Pinango starts over Sanchez more often than not once Barger is back.
  14. It's not going to happen here but the firing of a widely considered great coach in Philly really seems to have motivated the players to play better...I know it's got nothing to do with Donny Baseball.
  15. And that is just the revenue being reported to MLB. The additional Sportsnet revenue wouldn’t be included. It has also arguably increased revenue this year as there have been way more fans in the stands from all accounts.
  16. Darn, I had Kaz too until I decided to get fancy with a bench pick
  17. May 5th @ Tampa vs RHP Drew Rasmussen Springer (2) - Pinango (5)- Jonn Okamoto (2) Jesus (3) - Sosa (4) Varsho (2) Clement (5) Gimenez (5) Valenzuela (4) Bench (10) - mphenhef
  18. Long time fan here. There were many, many years in that time that we entered full of optimism that quickly went astray for a variety of reasons.
  19. The offense is anemic right now and batting with runners in scoring position has been a big problem. This lineup has a lot of holes in it that you wouldn't have if the opening day 1,2,4 and 5 hitters weren't all injured. The expectant 3,4,5,6 and 7 starters have been injured or out most of the season. How are they as close as they are?
  20. The jays were irrelevant in many of those years due to getting out of the gate so slow. We went into many of those years with a lot of optimism. However, the wild card makes it much easier to make up for it.
  21. Kaz for me. Pinango (5) kaz (2) - mphenhef, Jonn vlad (2) Sanchez (3) Clement (5) - Landry Varsho (2) Straw (7) Gimenez (5) Valenzuela (4)
