  1. Idk, but either way that’s their best arm you want pitching in a tight game and he blew it spectacularly
  2. Duran blows the game for the Phillies, yikes. That’s a really tough loss.
  3. Look I don’t hate the Sox, but you’d be crazy to root for them as a Jays fan. Plus they have like 4 WS wins in the last 20 years. fuq dem
  4. User-generated banlist basically. Anyone that votes Yanks/Sox/Dodgers
  5. That’s a good attitude to have. If you go into 2027 banking on bouncebacks/healthy seasons from 2 guys who missed all of 2026, it could blow up spectacularly. I really like Suzuki as a potential signing, Arozarena could work too but im not so hot on his attitude problems. Suzuki + Arraez could be a nice way to bolster the offense and shouldn’t exactly break the bank.
  6. I think he can definitely do it, I just wouldn’t go into the season expecting him to hit 25+ Just like a wouldn’t expect Okamoto to hit 30 again. He might, but its a lofty expectation. I think both (and Santander for that matter) can reasonably be expected to hit the 20 mark. If we can get 4 guys hitting 20+ next year (Vlad, Santy, Oka, Barger) that should go a long way towards a much improved offense
  7. Yes and Santander can be penciled in for 40
  8. Wow didn’t realize at all that Moreno was having such a monster season.
  9. Winner of the AL West will be 81-81 at BEST. Craziness
  10. Plus he looks exactly like the type our front office would create as a custom player in MLB the Show
  11. Definitely will miss having him on the team, but its time to move on from him and free up the DH spot again. Felt like Springer was really the “start” of this latest competitive ERA for the Jays. Glad we got 1 really good year from him when it really mattered.
  12. Yeah Springer is really the only one you can claim as an overachiever in that 2025 lineup, maybe a case for Clement. I definitely thought we’d be lucky to get 110ish wRC+ Springer this year. I don’t think anyone could have predicted how bad Vlad has been.
  13. This kinda helps confirm my theory that Vlad hasn’t been the player he was expected because he’s just stupid. He can’t improve because he’s stupid. Can’t make swing tweaks because he’s stupid. He’ll never be anything close to Aaron Judge, or even Jose Bautista for that matter.
  14. Look, I think Vlad has enough pride/ego to not want to continue sucking. He wants to be good. However it seems pretty evident that he’s NOT a team player at all, plays for himself.
  15. Been saying this since the beginning loll
  16. Right, the reason the Jays were so potent last year is that they had several guys with a combination of high AVG and homeruns. Vlad, Bo, Springer, Barger, Varsho were all 20+ homer guys, and then you had the roleplayer/contact guys like Clement/Gimenez/Lukes to compliment. This year we have exactly 1 dude with anything close to 20+ homer power, and he’s basically Dalton Varsho without the elite D.
  17. Small ball and slapping singles is why this team sucks. Need to hit homers in combination with the small ball
  18. Need to hit homers to win ballgames, our front office is trying way too hard to be ahead of the curve and this is what the result is
  19. Small sample size matters for the daily matchups! Of course… until it DOESN’T… for reasons
