So what, what's wrong with you? Coming from a Dodger fan, this is f*ckin' rich.

You're a joke, man.

speaking of the Dodger (since you brought them up), best development system in the majors.

🤔😅🦤

Last night you brought up Pepiot's 108 pitches?  Tonight , you bring up payroll over the Cards, yet, LAD' blow every team out of the water when it comes to payroll? What gives here, answer this man? What's your point aside from a shot at our Org? They are where they are, it's working in '25 isn't it?

That was a great pitching plan today given who was available and the off day tomorrow.

  • Quick hook on Lauer
  • Got to Fisher against the 2-3 hitters
  • Then put Turnbull in at the start of the next inning for two, get him out of there before he gets dinged
  • Little for the 8th
  • Y-Rod for the 9th

The Dodgers employ 3 times the amount of advisors as the next team... it's a fact. They are funded by one of the richest hedge companies in the GLOBE, of course they're top shelf, this is a given through the community a fact, and yes a good development system through LA, again funded to it's tits Jays have a lot of advantages throughout the MLB, but they aren't even on a tier as that, like not close. Money is boss.

3.5 games back of the Evil Empire. THE AL EAST IS OURS.

Crazy that during our entire hot streak, we've gained like 1 game on the Rays and 1 on the Yankees.

Yeah they've been hot but we've gained a ton on the other WC contenders.

On May 8th, we were 2.5 games back of WC3. The A's actually held that spot lol.

Now we are WC1 and are +2 on WC3. I think we jumped 7 teams.

Hopefully the freakin Royals can beat 'em tonite

Worthless Royals are already down 5-0

Looks like the Jays are going to have to take care of business themselves

Starts on June 30th when the Yanks come to town for a 4 game set

Yeah, their starter shat the bed in the 2nd, gave up 5 runs and of course the Royals didn't score any back. Judge later homered.

Exactly, we're going to have to dominate them in that June 30th series, can't count on these other mid teams to help us

They still have a month or so to turn things around, but a couple of teams have really fallen out of playoff contention during that time.

Seattle can't win a game where Raleigh doesn't drag them to a victory. LA and Boston were never really contenders to begin with and just solidified that over the past month. I'm starting to feel the same way about Kansas City.

Right now, unless something changes, it's Tampa, Minnesota, Cleveland, and us fighting for 3 spots. That's reflected with fangraphs giving us a 2/3 chance of making it. They still like Seattle more than Cleveland, but I certainly don't.

Who was the moron here saying A's were gonna make the playoffs? Was it Jaysblue?

It was, but I think that criticism is unfair.  The A's have a really fun, young core of hitters (Wilson, Butler, Rooker, Kutz, Soderstrom, Langerliers, etc.).  Their pitching isn't nearly as good, but they did spend a bit this year, adding Severino and Leclerc (who's been awful) and of course they have Mason Miller, who's unreal.

He was just taking a stab at picking a "wildcard" team to slip into the WC3 spot. He's not a moron for doing so.

Jacob Wilson might be the most fascinating player in baseball right now.  I want him starting the all-star game at SS.

Seattle and Kansas City have been without their aces, especially Seattle, although I grant you Kansas City really struggles to score. Boston can score a f*** ton of runs but outside of one elite guy, they struggle to pitch. It's too early to count any of them out really, Seattle I do think is the most capable of that bunch.

With the reemergence of Kirk and Springer and the emergence of Barger and the bullpen, the Blue Jays suddenly look to be remarkably balanced. If they can remain healthy, they really should be there in the end.

They will need to add a SP (a really good one) at the deadline, plus get Scherzer back soon, but the 2023 model of pitching and defense combined with an offense that can actually do damage would be very interesting.

Oh yeah, if we're talking actual contender they need an ace. I don't know if they're capable of getting one but they absolutely are going to need one.

Gausman's performances in recent weeks suggest he may have rediscovered his ace form, but the team will absolutely need another top of the rotation arm to join him even if Gausman continues to shove.

Good thing the Blue Jays didn't blow up the team like you wanted as this has the makings of a very solid team despite not being at full strength at any point of the season so far.
