One no hitter ever

Seven against. Soon to be eight. Feels like an annual tradition lately.

Something pathetic and telling about that. Allergic to excellence.

He’s gonna throw a Maddux on top of everything. This is the most pathetic offensive display I can think of.

I think the only hard hit ball was IKF in, like, the 3rd inning

The season is young

Fire the trash ass hitting coach already. Same thing just like last season

This and I suppose Mattingly would be manager by July

True the Jays had bad ABs and didn't adjust at all once it was apparent Blanco wasn't throwing as many sliders as usual, but still, sometimes you have to tip your cap. Blanco pitched a great game. Good for him.

All this talk about improving the offence from within and better coaching/strategy and they come out and look like they weren't prepared at all. Just piss poor at bats all night throughout the entire lineup.

Not sure what happened with Dante Bichette but when he was in dogout they seemed to have a better approach

Congrats to Blanco. We don’t want to deprive him of an outstanding performance.

But for a “spot” pitcher with only two reliable weapon, a slider heavy and a fastball….then a developing splitter, Guillermo Martinez, his hitters were so ill-prepared. No in-game adjustments and just piss poor execution in the box.

Another half-ass offseason move by Ross Atkins….rid of his hitting strategist but left the hitting coach carrying the same award winning vision.

Love it.

What gives you this impression? Please tell me it's not because Buck keeps talking about how they were worried about his slider....

Although that post was egregious, Buck was right in that CU was utilized very well tonight.

Yup, he was superb.
