I didn’t know of any of the previous issues he had with Anderson about hard tags and stuff but when I watched the play I thought to myself Ramirez was probably just mad about Anderson’s glove flying past and just missing his face, kinda thought it was a weak excuse to get up and start yelling but now knowing the previous story, I could see how that was just the straw that broke the camels back in JRams brain.

It was definitely built up to the hard tag, no doubt, Tito said after the game Anderson was mouthing off with Gabby Martinez a rookie prior to that play the umpire had to warn TA to shut his mouth, guy's a real piece of s***, that's the first time Ramirez has ever been ejected, a gentleman of the sport. f*** Tim Anderson, dude has a glass jaw, too, lol.

I’ve been saying for a while TA is an asshat. I remember him having issues with Stroman years ago as a rookie. Wasn’t thrilled that MLB was trying to prop him up as the next “face of the sport”. Glad he’s struggling now.

My history with Tim Anderson in DDL:

 

- draft him in MiLB draft

- drop him before he became good

- miss out on like 4 studly fantasy seasons

- trade for him last offseason just in time for him to have a complete personal and skills meltdown

I saw a video where someone lined it up with the best available video broadcast and it was like an announcer calling a heavyweight championship fight. Awesome stuff.

Also, just want to point out that Jose Bautista has an 80 grade jaw compared to Tim Anderson.

 

Or Rougned Odor has a 20 grade right hook which is also possible.
