Second time in three starts he's pulled early. It's always something. I don't think he's capable of starting games over a full season.

He's like a Ferrari that rocks when working but spends 40% of the time in the shop

Scary man, considering the results.

In other news, from last night:

Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters after Friday's loss to the Rangers that the MRI on Judge's hip showed "something", but the team doctor will weigh in before any decision is made in regards to being placed on the injured list, Erik Boland of Newsday reports.

Let's all hope he's out for a while.

I get the sentiment here but I never hope for an injury to a player. Especially a super star like judge. Makes it sweeter when we finish above them with him in their lineup.

Spoken like the beta you are. You want their best player playing and beat them anyway

Fantasy baseball doesn’t count. Like if one of Jim’s key guys goes down, it’s cause for celebration

But irl, all injuries suck

The Yankees are as close to the Jays in standings now as they will be all season. Bigger worry are the Os and Ray's in that order. I suspect the Os will probably use some prospect collateral to acquire some starting pitching.

Hard to was what the O’s are going to be. They haven’t really played any banger teams yet Boston, Detroit, Washington, CWS, and Oakland have been their last 5 series. I’m not worried about them yet till they start beating some above average teams or average teams for that matter.

Yeah if I recall, Orioles have had a fairly easy schedule as well.

Not sure how they hold up against the better teams, especially with their pitching staff. They have enough bats and BP arms to beat up on the bad/mediocre teams like Oakland, Detroit, Boston, Chicago, Washington etc. Kyle Gibson is their ace when he should be a No. 4/5 on contending teams at most. Wells has been pretty solid for them thus far but don't think he's anything special, and Grayson does have some nice upside and high K rates. Kremer and Bradish have been awful. It's a rotation full of No. 4/5 starters which won't cut it in the AL East over the full season and against the elite teams.

It's the f***ing Yankees, man, what is wrong with you? :P

I actually like Aaron Judge. Like he doesn't piss me off as some other Yankees players in the past. He's a very likeable player. Him and Mariano.

Also, if Judge is out for a while, hurts when the Yankees go up against the Orioles or Rays. So it's not like the Blue Jays are the only team that benefits.

Yeah, agreed on Judge. Doesn’t have the Jeter douche-ness to him, or the A-Rod phoniness.

I don’t root for him by any means, but no reason to root against him. Yankees losing is enough. Doesn’t need to be more specific, unless it’s a easily hatable player

Judge does a lot of philanthropy on his own in NY and SF (it isn't tied to Yankee affiliation nor is it contractual - which it is for a lot of players), just like Bo does here in Toronto.

Both these guys are quiet people, who mind their own business and do a lot of good beyond the game, while being beasts at the game.

Stellar characters.

Nobody should be wishing a long term injury on Judge. Besides the Jays are good enough to beat the Yankees in a straight up series anyway. Would rather see them at their best.

Track record would suggest the former, but there’s always a chance of the latter.

9th percentile whiff rate would suggest there could be some holes in the swing that pitchers just aren’t fully exploiting yet as his overall K rate is really good. But his savant page is fully loaded with 75th to 99th percentiles in nearly everything else.

Rooker reached based in all five plate appearances last night, going 3 for 3 with a no doubter HR.

Quite the special heater he's on, a 1.213 OPS through 62 ABs. I won't claim any knack for swing analysis, but it appears like he's made an adjustment that has shortened his path to the ball.

f***ing sucks. I want to see what he'd do with a 32-start season. I'll be surprised if we see him again before the ASG now.

Yeah this doesn't sound good. Has he had an MRI yet?

I’m starting to think they juice the balls substantially for these International games. Padres vs Giants has been f***ing crazy so far.

Hopefully Lance Lynn is fired up after that salad comment and beats the Rays tonight.

Lance pitching a no-hitter through 6 against Rays.

I think he’s fired up

Lost it to a solo HR to Franco. Still 3 - 1 for Sox.

And, Sox sold.

There’s definitely worse conspiracy theories out there than that

Mexico City has a higher elevation than Coors so a slugfest was to be expected

Eovaldi pitched a CGSO for Rangers against Yankees, 113 pitches.

After no-hitting the Rays for 6 innings, Sox give up 10 runs in the 7th.
