5minutesforframing Verified Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 I'm pretty sure he's closer to raysjays. Just a quirky guy. The propping up of him has been annoying as f***; just let him contribute as any other valid poster would, don't make him a meme. I thought raysjays was dogg as well.
LGBJ29 Verified Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 You guys know that todd is probably the dogg right? Its pretty easy to see
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Lol holy s*** guys Todd is not the Dogg. The Dogg paranoia around here is hilarious. Like yeah, i shouldn't have hyped Todd up so much but i wasn't sure he was legit at the start and now i'm 100% confident he's not a troll account. I like Todd, and will continue to engage him in baseball discussion while also embracing him in BJMB stuff like the HR contest. If you don't like it i don't care. I can be civil to people who come here to talk baseball even if i don't always agree with their opinions. I probably deserve a lot of the blame for the Todd backlash, but it is what it is. I can't change it now.

Raysjays was the positive account and his other account was his negative personality?? And I'm not talking about that jaysfan2007 incident either

He had two accounts, one very negative and the other positive. They would frequently argue with each other. This place has been home to some very sick people.

Why does Todd get to make a bunch of pointless threads when nobody else is allowed? We don't need him to make a thread to discuss the colour of his s*** in the mornings.

Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 It makes you wonder are they the crazy ones or are you? The craziest ones are the ones that have been here the longest, and BTS has certainly been around these parts (and the previous parts) a LONG time.

Key22 Verified Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Nah, it's not that concerning. If he sucks DFA him, Rogers be rich. Between Liriano and Feldman - it's getting pretty close to what we would have to pay EE. And I winder if just paying EE would make better sense than an iffy starter and a failed starter.

If they want to go in another direction, they will and take the pick. Absolutely nothing to do with Liriano and f***ing Feldman's salaries.
devo Verified Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 Feldman is a free agent at the end of the year and Liriano will only make $13 million next season. His salary will basically be offset by letting Dickey walk. These guys shouldn't influence the front office decision for EE at all.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 (edited) I don't understand why people don't think we can afford Edwin or Jose. I think its very practical to get one. We just bet 17M on Lirano so we could add depth and talent to our farm system. I think we have some money. Its not like anyone is in line to get a huge raise either. We already have Donaldson signed through next year. And under control for another year after that. Edited August 4, 2016 by Jonn

wamco Verified Member Posted August 4, 2016 Posted August 4, 2016 It might be cheaper and better to take 3 picks and let Saunders, ee, bats walk for different reasons and becoming a more athletic team. Buying high, age, price after this year. And I love ee and bats.

closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Im not convinced that this means Sanchez goes to the pen.. didnt someone say they were looking at creative options? What if they plan on going with a 6 man rotation giving extra rest for Sanchez and Estrada? Im sure they could keep Happ at every 5 starts since he is pitching so well. Yes! The FO listens to me and me alone! I am the next prophet of BJMB... BOW DOWN!!!! In other news: after 2 years of being wrong closetjaysfan finally makes a correct prediction
BTS Community Moderator Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 We should sign Edwin over Jose. Six years younger and more up side to him. But This team could have as much as five first round draft picks next year. Mods

Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I may be wrong but jose is 39 and edwin 32 Lol even if that was true that would make him 7 years younger 😂.
