I don't see the upside in getting the game early when OSFM doesn't come out until, like, mid april.

i don't get it, why do we get the cover with the ugly canada day jersey?

They always do a Canadian themed version of the cover - a player on the Blue Jays or a Canadian player. Since JD is on the cover (US version too) this year, the jersey makes it uniquely Canadian. I don't like the Canada Day jersey either.

What's the diff?

That's before the preorder bonus that's exclusive to Gamestop/EB games. If you care about diamond dynasty its good value.

Am I the only one who thinks it's a rip off to pay $70 just to avoid watching JD wearing red?

I'm sorry man, but that's really bad math...

How's the gameplay? Is there an appropriate amount of balls and strikes being thrown by the cpu?

I'm on veteran now with dynamic difficulty and the balance is starting to get much better. I am able to work deep into counts, take walks etc. Had the CPU's pitch count up to 80 by the end of the 4th inning in my last game.

If only new releases costed $59.99. It still remains relative between the two versions though.

If only costed was a real word

I saw the eb games and best buy website and they are only selling PS4 edition of the MLB THE SHOW 16 -_-

Thought the game is released in both PS4 and PS3..

Amazon US website has PS3 option, but Amazon.ca doesn't.

Has anyone got this yet? Can order from PS Store. Have they added the 2015 AL East champions banner? I've seen pics of the new Rogers Centre infield but above the jumbotron the banners hadn't changed.

I picked up the standard edition. $79.99 and with taxes came out to $90. Crazy how expensive games are now.

Don't see why I would spend an extra $10 for the MVP edition. If the gameplay is still the same, then whats the point? Sure the cover looks better and you get a steal book and maybe some added content. If you try to sell it later down the road, someone isn't going to pay extra money for the MVP edition anyways.

I did it for the extra stubbs and packs.

I haven't really played this game since the hitting was default directional. Spent a couple hours doing BP and just starting to get the hang of it. My thumb is gonna bleed.

It's great value for the extra 10 dollars. Unless somebody doesn't play Diamond Dynasty no reason to pick up the standard edition. Especially with the preorder bonuses on top of it.
