Played battle royale last night. Liked the features but why the hell is the game only 3 innings? Takes away from the experience by a ton. I understand wanting to make games closer but it should be 5 innings at the very least. First game I played I struck out 9/10 guys and still lost because I gave up a solo HR.

Depends how good of a roster you want. The basic ones will probably be out by Monday or Tuesday. If you want more advanced and tested ones More towards the end of april.

Is there any difference between downloaded game and CD game?

 

I downloaded ps3 version of MLB THE SHOW 16 from the PLAYSTATION STORE and

it looks far worse than THE SHOW 15

 

If there is a difference, I'm probably gonna buy CD at Amazon US website (since Canadian site doesn't have PS3 version)

 

I'm trying to hold my PS3 until this year.. but looks like they are forcing me to change early..

That's why I don't bother with consoles, every small change they make and you gotta replace the whole thing. With PC you just replace one thing inside or if it's extremely old the whole thing.

What? The time it takes for a new console to come out you probably upgraded your PC at least 3 times for the same or more money.

I still could see few upgrades compared to the 15 THE SHOW.. (Additional motions, etc)

However, the font size got much smaller compared to the previous version...

I'll be pretty pissed off if Sony launched a new system (which is what the PS4K sounds like) only after 2.5 years of the PS4. If they don't have any trade in program, I'll be furious and won't be buying any Sony products again.

The first year will be terrible so I'm not worried about it. It usually takes them a year or more to get the technology right.

Just downloaded. Playing game but have to play as Royals VS Mets is this because other data is unlocking? Mlb14 took forever to let me play as any team.

Yes, that is normal. You are only allowed to play as Royals Vs. Mets while the game is installing.

It takes a while for the game to completely install. You know when it is done installing when you put your ear to the PS4 and you can't hear the fan running loud.

It would mean more for media play playback (4k movies) than actual gaming. Before you start saving money for PS4K you would have to buy a 4k TV which would be at the minimum 4-6 times that amount for an actual decent 4k tv.

 

...and BTW you would need a video card that costs >$399 (more than what the PS4 costs) to play 4k video games at a very minimum of 30FPS.

Feels like user input has no effect online at all. So many fouls on good timing in the zone, normal swing (and power swing). Then again I'm far better at pitching anyway.
