The Blue Jays will have a very good bullpen with Cecil, Sanchez, Osuna and Storen. I think in 2016 the Blue Jays will have an average starting rotation, shut-down type bullpen, great offense and above average defense; in my opinion, that adds up to a good chance of getting to the World Series.

 

Even so, I am sorry to see Revere go since he was a likable player.

Disappointed because I liked Revere as a person and am glad the Jays dealt him to a good team. It completely makes sense though with both Pompey and Alford pushing for spots sooner than later and they needed a good pen arm.

My fondest memory of Drew Storen is him blowing the 7-5 lead against the Cardinals in the 2011 NLDS.

 

That being said, I'm excited to have a solid reliever like Storen in our bullpen.

Well we've got a starting OF plus a backup right? Not the worst situation.

Hopefully Saunders and/or Pompey prove they have what it takes this season. Don't want to see Carrera or Colabello get reps in LF. Pipe dream would be getting Upton on the rumoured one-year deal.

 

Answers a big part of or bullpen. Osuna-Storen-Cecil-Sanchez-Loup-Biagini-(Delabar/Shultz/Tepera/Other) Another arm would be good, but that's alot better. I know many want Sanchez and/or Osuna in AAA to start, but I doubt it'll happen.

So now just sign Blanton and run out Storen-Cecil-Blanton in the late innings for the first half of the year while Osuna, Sanchez and Hutchison all get starts in AAA. Then call them up for the stretch.
