The Mariners in my opinion have a very good team. Paxton/Walker are two guys who could take them to the next level but we haven't seen it after 2 weeks.

Yeah exactly. If you read Trading Bases it's not so easy but it's still fun in small amounts and can maybe get you some pocket cash if you go about it a smart way (i.e. not believing Steamer/Pecota is the bible and making your own adjustments). But good post that's exactly how I look at it.

That's an interesting perspective. I never thought about putting crappier hitters higher in the order so they get challenged, but it's possible considering teams seem to put sometimes weaker "contact" hitters near the top. It's an interesting topic but when it comes to fruition there is no chance Saunders is batting 9th.
