  1. It was only a $1 50/50. I was just looking forward to watching him pitch. Wasn't going to put heavy $$ on him lol
  2. Great point. The Jays are in win now mode and have a much better catcher (albeit higher cost) than d'Arnaud. Having Dickey is a lot better than having a guy like Syndergaard at the moment.
  3. lol. Good call! I just want the Red Sox to fail in every way possible.
  4. Headley!!!!!!
  5. Ok it was just me who forgot, always liked him. And yes, they have a good chance to blow it here.
  6. Because you forgot they signed Ogando!
  7. JPA was released. Was that posted? That would be a nice thread, go ahead and start it!
  8. Naw. He was hitting his spots and getting ahead the first 5 innings. Fastball was touching 97 and his splitter looked good. The 1 K inflates his xFIP but he was pitching well going into the 6th. Edit: Apparently he touched 100, I missed that one then.
  9. I posted too early. Now the wheels are falling off.
  10. Eovaldi/Miley both looking pretty good. Good grabs for both teams.
  11. Basketball sucks, seriously a terrible sport. I played for years growing up and got really sick of it. Not for me.
  12. Trotting out Walker tonight. Hoping to catch some of that game.
  13. IIRC Buehrle likes pitching to him, since he works fast and Navarro adjusted nicely to that last year. Could see this often actually.
  14. Masterson saved me. Actually Kennedy getting hurt really helped. Need to factor that probability of getting hurt into choosing pitchers!
  15. Reckless yeah, but they might have a decent team, especially compared to the garbage they were trotting out last year. I have them pegged around the mid 80s, because Arizona/Col look extremely bad once again. De La Rosa was starting the second game for Arizona FFS!
  16. Walking Teixeira was the right call, don't let some ridiculous poster fool you. It's only 1 game, but one common mistake some people are making is that they assume the bullpen will fix itself. I'm fine with giving Castro/Osuna a look but I can't believe they didn't go out and get any established arms this offseason.
  17. Look at the composure of Osuna. Guy has some serious mound presence for a 20 year old.
  18. I actually like De La Rosa as a back end guy, maybe more than Delgado. They could probably roll with both until Bradley shows some consistency but I guess you need to give your top prospect a chance.
  19. Lamb saving my Latos pick. Seemed like a good guy to grab at 2200.
  20. Should've gone back to the Josh Towers one (that was you IIRC).
  21. Kyle Seager most out of position 3B plays. I'm guessing Donaldson was 2nd?
  22. Shades of the 2011 World Series.
  23. Nice. Paxton could be really good for the M's this year. Imagine if Paxton/Walker pitch even close to their capability? Seattle could be a 90+ win team easily.
