Interesting trade. Taylor’s stock is up a lot and he’s now considered a top 100 prospect by some publications (e.g. fangraphs), but he’s old for AA and has hit tool concerns.

Hicks isn’t much of a catcher defensively but hits very well and rarely strikes out.

Giants have had a nice day so far. They havent given up a whole lot, but marquez & mendez are both arms that i really like and joniel hernandez is a fun toolsy upside play whos had an arrow-up season.
