    Read an article on Sportsnet (forget who wrote it) putting together the Jays 26 man roster. Nothing too noteworthy except for the last spot. Lukes instead of a backup middle infielder. Says Leo can start in AAA and then come up when needed. Interestingly, they think Leo can clear waivers. IDK if the Jays need 6 outfielders, there probably isn't enough at-bats for all of them, unless Barger can play 2nd.

    I wonder if the Jays are "clickbait" online or drive engagement. Because here is the MLB Network gang driving up interest re: Jays Steve Phillips says that it is down to 3 teams for Belli: Yanks, Mets and Jays. lol. It would be funny if Belli is the one this FO signs, as you really haven't heard much about the Jays' interest.

    Supposedly, the CBT is calculated at the end of the Baseball year. So if the Jays bring up YR mid-season and then waive him, then another team picks him up, the Jays are not on the hook for his CBT charge. And he is off the 40-man. Good little piece of business, as we all know, every team looks for relievers during the season.
