glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 9, 2025 Posted July 9, 2025 Astros lose as well, so the Jays are 1 game behind them in the standings now (actually 2 with the tiebreaker). Terminator 1

I haven't been paying attention, but is attendance up at the dome? I have to imagine that with this streak, the buzz will be unreal when they return home after the AS break.

I have to imagine that with this streak, the buzz will be unreal when they return home after the AS break. They pulled 30-40K per game (averaging high 30s) for the NY and LAA series, which would be an improvement over this time last year during late June/early July. Like you said, I think the excitement will really kick in on the next homestand. The team really needed this, because attendance was lacklustre to start the season.
