Fisher has thrown 11 pitches in a week (last two appearances are 6/22 and 6/24), so it's possible it's to get him some work, but Schneider not knowing who his best relievers are wouldn't surprise me either.

I don’t think Schneider is nearly as bad a manager as some make him out to be but his biggest issue is getting guys warm in the pen way too often. Especially in low leverage situations. It’s like he doesn’t understand win expectancy.
