I think it's time to revive the "Come on Vlad!!" thread. F**k me already!!!

Does anyone else feel like they're watching Brandon Valenzuela become a star right before our eyes? I know there's been many a young player that looked good early and faded away quickly, but this guy seems different. He has the build and seems to already have the power. He seems to have the ability to learn and improve at the big league level. This is a raw rookie who looks pretty polished at times. His skills behind the plate are already more than acceptable as well. He has lots of time to improve and he seems like he will to me. It should be a fun ride watching this kid grow up.

Fun game to watch. Good start to the year. Vladdy with a bad challenge, a tootblan and an ignore 3rd base coach all in one game. He's a good player but needs to tighten some things up to be considered a great one. It all worked out in the end at least.
