Nice to see Cavan get a big hit going into the freak park. If Belt and Kiermair are healthy could be a good opportunity to give Vlad a day off and get 4 lefties in to try for 350 foot homers.... as opposed to the 425 foot homers needed for left field.

 

Joke would be on Orioles who moved the fences back to stop Judge and Guerrero, little did they know in 2023, Varsho and Biggio would have a higher homer per PA rate than Vlad.

If you say that the relievers should have held on to 2 run leads in every game and every time a guy got to 3rd with none he should have scored I believe the Jays win 2/3 if all those things happen.

If you criticize Kirk and say he has been a disappointment this season, you'll have an army of posters come to defend him saying he's still one of the best catchers in the game! If you even say one negative thing about the D'Backs/Blue Jays trade, pitch forks!

 

So yeah definitely its annoying when you see trolls complain nonstop and just sign in during Gameday. Click ignore or just skip that message. However, it also works the other way sometimes as well.

I suspect you could scrape the entire internet from the dawn of it's existence and wouldn't be able to find 5000 total mentions of how Biggio needs more AB's. The guy is the fanbases favorite whipping boy, and it doesn't matter if he's playing well or actually having a bad season.

 

For what it's worth he's been hitting really well for the last 3 weeks with quality of contact metrics which back it up.
