TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Author Posted May 9, 2021 Pearson does not look like a guy who has trouble locating. His stuff just makes him look like an ace and seeing his pitches end up all over the place doesn't mentally compute.
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Wild early, and that's without the high 90's velocity.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Pearson is flirting with disaster already.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Author Posted May 9, 2021 Let's go Nate, time to throw a no-hitter.
43211234 Verified Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 I think Pearson ends up as a reliever. Every time I've seen him the command is poor. And his stuff played up so much out of the pen last year against the Rays in the playoffs.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Not as tidy as I'd have liked, but the stuff looked good (though, definitely wild at times...). Just great to have him back in the rotation!
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 He settled down very nicely. Good job Nate.

I think everyone's stuff would usually play up in the pen but if you can determine Pearson is destined for the pen already, please tell me the upcoming lottery numbers lol
Eat My Shatkins Verified Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Nice Teo. Lead off double. Let's do something with it.
Jgarza868899 Verified Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Lol Grich had to pull rank on Montoyo.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Anyone see Girchuk peak to the opposite side before hitting the ball there? Gotta love that AIM lol.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Wow, not a pitch Cavan usually swings at..
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Come on Biggio... at least make contact man.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted May 9, 2021 Posted May 9, 2021 Poor execution there, biggio had an 88 mph hanger and totally whiffed.
