I have a friend who works at a library and as a senior male staff member he is unfortunately tasked with stopping people watching porn/jerking off... he did say that it does happen more often than one would think. And this is in a relatively remote branch, at that....

Why should the MLB or team mete out punishment? Did he sexually assault someone? Domestic assault? Use performance enhancing drugs?

 

I don't think this meets the threshold for anything other than a fine.
