I agree that Flores should have been benched if they were negotiating a trade involving him. He's not a superstar, I doubt a benching would even raise much of an eyebrow. That was dumb but I still don't think it's a big deal and I don't buy anything else of what you're selling.

 

Brewers execs have come out and said the NYM rejected the deal bc money. I'm not saying my narrative is correct but there definitely far more to it than Gomez' medical.

Ackley is no longer a natural 2B. He's been playing OF in Seattle. Really questionable deal for the Yanks..
