  1. Thank christ Martin and SWR haven't taken off this season, that coupled with Berrios' implosion would have really stung.
  2. This s*** always cracks me up. The Jays have been pushing the OriLOLes s*** in for the better part of a decade, but the second that they look like something more than the fecal matter on the bottom of MLB's shoes finally, some s*** wad takes the time to go to a rival board and start a bragging thread. Hahaha
  3. Rafael Ohashi hasn't pitched since June 11th. Did they just shut him down or did he have a major injury? Can't find anything.
  4. Always love when a team is underperforming to expectations and fans inevitably start to bitch about it, that they get jumped on by other fans for it. Of course the natives are getting restless, this team has been an unbelievably inconsistent mess this season. f***ing frustrating. I mean, when dolts like Juniorf***face or whatever his name was are on here bitching constantly, that's different. Those types of knobs need to be roasted. With them it's never positive, always negative. The good news is, despite this teams inconsistency they are still positioned well, and one solid hot streak will have them playoff bound, and in the playoffs Yusei Kikuchi can go f*** himself in the club house while never getting near the mound.
  5. This team is f***ed. I keep waiting for them to pull it all together, and just when it looks like they might pull away in the WC race, they turn into a bunch of f***ing useless losers again.
  6. Hopefully Giles liked his time with the Jays. That's a no lose opportunity with potentially huge upside.
  7. Zulu hasn't pitched in 12 days now. Wonderful.
  8. So who's winning the AL east? Baltimore or Tampa? lol to either
  9. Just to pour some salt in our wounds, looks like Tiedemann got slapped around a bit yesterday, at least on the score sheet. 2.0 IP 2 K's 0 BB's 4 Hits 3 Earned runs
  10. Anyone know what Brandon Eisert's stuff is like? He's having a pretty damn good year in AAA for a 24 year old, especially since he started off poorly. Since June 1st: 12.93 K/9 3.42 BB/9 3.02 ERA 1.86 FIP 0 home runs given up 23.2 IP That's all with a .370 BABIP
  11. Merryweather and Adrian Hernandez both pitched on rehab in Dunedin today, so that's good news. Just low A but both were dominant. Merryweather struck out 3 of 3 batters while Hernandez struck out 4 of 5 batters.
  12. What kind of stuff does Irv Carter have? Is he a flame thrower?
  13. "Certainly"? I would say maaaaaybe it's possible, but pretty far from certain. I doubt the Jays stay out of the starting pitching free agent market next off season when Kikuchi is currently slated to be their #4
  14. deGrom can opt out after this season? I wonder if he likes Canada? lol
  15. Shaddup you f***ing whiny bitch
  16. Hopefully the Jays bullpen issues are mostly behind them now. They have quite a few decent relievers now, and there are several supposedly decent ones climbing the ladder and getting close to their MLB debuts. Romano Garcia Mayza Bass Cimber Pop Richards White Merryweather Pearson All signed for next season at least, and then they have Juenger, Hernandez, Eisert and Spraker at AAA. Not to mention Tiedemann and Zulueta at AA and they might have to break into the league as relievers considering the Jays entire starting rotation is under contract next season too, at this point.
  17. lol this team just refuses to get on a sustained run this season. Win some, lose some, win a lot, lose a lot..... Going to be a dog fight for a wild card spot until the end I guess.
  18. Springer to the IL with elbow inflammation. Otto Lopez takes his roster spot
  19. He's already in AA so unless he gets injured or completely falls apart, I'm going to say yes we will see him with the Jays at some point next season.
  20. Nice to see Robberse with lots of K's His K-rate isn't high like the others, maybe he picked something up in the lab....or maybe it was just a good day.
  21. I didn't realize Zach Britton had been promoted to AA He's off to a torrid start there. Tonight he went 3 for 5 with a HR and a 2B. Currently has a 1.224 OPS in his first 19 AA at bats.
  22. Sure Soto would have been nice, but if Vlad and Bo start playing like 6+ and 5+ WAR players again that'll be enough to really make a push down the stretch.
  23. lol so we don't have to burn Atkins at the stake for the chicken littles who actually thought he might trade assets for a player may never have played in Toronto? Shocking
