If they did what I said in the post you quoted, the Jays would have the all the starters they had last season, except they would have Bieber, Yesavage and Lauer right from day one. They'd also have Francis back probably.

That's pretty insane starting pitching depth in it's own right. Especially with the best defense in baseball playing behind them, and an offense that includes Vladdy, Springer, Bo, Tucker, Kirk, Barger, Varsho and Santander.
