Things seem to set up well for us to push the Yankees back another big game today. Hopefully baseball doesn't baseball and screw up the plan. Yankees have such a sweetheart schedule it would be nice to have some more breathing room.
People jumped the gun with him a little too quickly, but his penchant for giving up fly balls and subsequent home runs is something that I'm not sure is going to change.
I'm starting to feel more and more like Bassitt might be the number three guy.
I suppose if everything is locked up for the final few games of the season you could see Manoah called on to make a start just to burn some innings.
From that standpoint I think there is a very good chance we see Manoah.
I think there was some obvious discomfort with his back or ribs.
I think they're going into hockey postseason mode with these injury "updates".
Probably nothing serious.
Americans are fine.
Well a lot of them are dumb, but most are friendly.
Their politicians can go f*** themselves though.
Sorry, baseball site: Go Jays Go!
I can stand him hitting 9th if he's even close to league average. Because of his ability to steal bases he's actually not a bad bat to have down there to have ahead of the top of the order.
The real question is can he get anywhere close to league average?
Why the f*** does Clement take protect swings with less than two strikes?
Like dude you don't have to make contact with that pitch, go ahead and swing over top.
Dude what the hell's the matter with you?
It's much more important to have him using valuable innings in Buffalo.
It's very important that Buffalo have a strong end to their season.
He did well last time. If he's not going to come into that situation then we shouldn't have them in the bullpen. That's literally the exact situation we need our second lefty for.
