    At least if it was an eye candy thing, I would understand, but it's not, so what's the point? Is she normally not that bad?

    How so? Bassitt has been mediocre and we have no long-term plan for the number five slot. No such thing as too much pitching. Especially with the way we hit, or rather the way we don't hit, we need every good pitcher we can throw out there. We basically need to limit the opposition to no more than two or three runs per game.

    Yeah but the thing with Vladdy is that there's a lot there to suggest that he's just inches away from being a dominant hitter again. He still hits the ball hard, he still seems to have a good eye at the plate. For whatever reason, he just can't seem to find those inches. It's maddening. You do get the sense that he'll figure it out one day, but it won't be here.

    I'm not a fan of major league baseball trying to deflect blame either, like isn't there a considerable process for something like this? It's Major League baseball, not Bob's Fish 'n Chips league. How can it slip through the cracks and get to this point?

    Could you imagine what our team would look like without Gausman, Berrios and Kikuchi (who aren't even as good as their top three) on top of losing...well I was going to say Bo or Guerrero as substitutes for Franco but let's be honest we don't have any substitutes for Franco lol We would be in competition with the White Sox for the top pick.

    The audacity of Nike to expect players to have to adjust to their crap. It's the other way around *******s, you make the uniforms that the athletes need to do their job. Not only was it bad for the players but who the f*** is going to pay a premium for the authentic jerseys when they're as crap as replicas.

    White Sox sweep the Rays. Yuck for Tampa. Injuries, especially to that incredible staff, have really f***ed them. And of course the Franco ********. I wonder if they will find a way to hold on until they get some reinforcements. Hard to count them out but damn they've had some s*** luck.

    Who cares? Don't know why anybody has a problem with that. It's sports, as long as they're not chanting anything inappropriate who gives a f***? It's not like the players care, if anything they enjoy it. I welcome any fan noise during the game. Better than them just sitting on their hands being indifferent.

    They're absolutely embarrassing, it's actually astonishing the step down in quality. How the f*** did these things get approved? I'm so glad I have older authentic jerseys to wear to games.
