    If anyone wants to kick tires I'm interested in getting an elite bat. One of my big 3 SP would be available. (Kershaw, Kluber, Stras)

    Shame he announced he would be giving away half of his next contract.

    I can't see him being tendered a contract next year. Hard to call him a bust anyway when so many players taken after 20 don't play more than a few years in the NBA.

    Yeah certainly a few factors. Personally I much prefer watching College Football.

    I'd say the NFL just has a s*** product. The games have for the most part just been bad. And when you have exciting games happening in MLB, NBA and NHL people are just going to look elsewhere.

    Love watching this Raps team. Has to be one of the best defensive teams in their franchise history. If Wright and OG can develop a jumpshot they have some serious upside as they are already stars on the defensive end.

    Makes sense considering what the naming rights for ACC went for. Won't be worth nearly as much given how many events are at the ACC compared to the RC but they always say having the rights first is worth the most so people out of habit would still call it Rogers Centre even after it switched. One thing I hope for if they do change the name is it gets changed to _____ "Field or Park". Having a baseball stadium called a Centre sounds dumb.

    Yeah there is zero doubt the balls are juiced, MLB can't even pretend they aren't after seeing that game. If it was just about the balls travelling further I'd be fine with it but if its going to cause pitchers to go on the DL with blisters that's where it becomes too much.

    Funny thing is they actually played really well moving the ball. To be fair they don't have a chance without Poeltle getting all those offensive boards but still even with how they lost I'm pretty happy with how good the team looks. Lowry and Powell have been pretty bad to start the year and the team still looks great. Wright has really opened my eyes with his defence and passing.

    Play amazing basketball sharing the ball go up by 5 against the best team on the road. Last 2 min Lowry and Derozan go ISO and they don't score. Casey needs to do a better job demanding they don't do that s***. Poeltle was a beast. He's really looked great so far, just is so smart positioning wise to get rebounds.

    Raps playing very well to have the game this close. Derozan needs to be yelled at though. After playing great he's forcing terrible shots.

    Well 3 point misses and being out boarded was the reason they lost. Not too worried as those shots will start falling.

    They've had a couple, seems that guys are hesitating to shoot the 3 when they've had good looks.

    Bebe and Ibaka do some great things but they are both terrible rebounders. Not really a lack of effort just SAS is way better rebounding.

    Meh I don't think so, Derozan's had a few but I wouldn't call it ISO ball. Raps have missed a ton of open looks from 3. Knock down a few of them and the game is pretty different.

    Leafs are going to have all the attention this year but I really like this Raps team. Should be a top 3 team in the East and maybe 2nd.

    Yeah thats the question only FO executives would have known. That team sure wasn't going to win with Reyes at SS though. Thinking back I believe he blew 2 games with his defense in the 9th inning alone.

    Yeah but it doesn't work in a vaccum like that. Players wouldn't have reacted the same to releasing Reyes and having Barney start at SS. Like it or not Reyes had a certain stature in that clubhouse. The Tulo trade was perfect in the sense you could get rid of Reyes and players couldn't really say anything since Tulo was an upgrade.

    Yes. They gave up Hoffman to pay Tulo $50M over 5 years when you factor in Reyes was dead money. You don't really know the alternatives at SS but that team doesn't win the division in 15 or make the wildcard in 16 with Reyes at SS.
