  1. Lol Greene's change is 20-25 MPH slower than his fastball. I don't think that's possible without slowing down your arm speed.
  2. Well the other trade the Jays offered was apparently was Hoffman, Norris, Pompey and 1 other prospect (I think Alfrord but not sure) for Carrasco. I'd still do that Tulo trade over again even if he's going to cost a few more $ than he's worth these later years.
  3. There is not a good chance he becomes a #1 or #2... Maybe just maybe he can become a #3 but he doesn't miss enough bats and his command just isn't good enough.
  4. I wouldn't say the trade turned out that badly but rather expected Tulo to be better. You were going to have to eat Reyes's contract anyway and Hoffman hasn't been good so far.
  5. Karlsson with 6 points in his last 2 games, what a special player.
  6. Seems weird the Jays are firing all of these well respected employees in non-baseball operations roles. Maybe it happens more often then we know but 2 seemingly good employees who have been with the org. for more than 15 years? Like they'd be paying a lot of money in severance to get rid of these guys so there must be more to it.
  7. They do have the best coach in the EC though which makes a difference.
  8. PJ Tucker is a beast. Too bad the Raps couldn't have kept him. I think I'd rather have had him at 4/35 than Ibaka at 3/60.
  9. Warriors-Rockets is more entertaining than any NFL game I've watched in the last 2 years. NBA <3
  10. I wonder how much they pay their interns. With all of the requirements they are listing looks like they are trying to hire some pretty smart people.
  11. Meh lots of media members said they were very professional, not just the Toronto writers. If you're talking leaks as in trades etc.. that's from inside the baseball ops dept. Shi is really the only one who breaks any stories. John Lott had a good article on the Athletic about the changes. Interesting to see if they fill the vacancies with Canadians.
  12. Wonder of the PR firings had to do with the Donaldson rumour. Apparently they were well regarded by a lot of media members.
  13. Sabathia would be a good target in FA. Have to think he resigns in NY though or retires.
  14. Yeah makes way more sense for a Western team to be there. The As and Nashville makes sense to switch geographically.
  15. Have to think they reshuffle some of the minor teams. Nats aren't going to want any part of Vegas.
  16. Wow "under the weather"!? Seems pretty lame when its the biggest game in franchise history.
  17. Obviously. If she isn't talking everything is fine.
  18. Story could very well be false but when has someone having a hot GF ever stopped them from having girls on the side lol. Tons of baseballs players have roadies in every city they go to.
  19. Lol talk about ridiculously high standards. I think 99% of the board would go for her if they had the chance no matter what her lips look like.
  20. She actually left SN altogether for the States last week, not sure if the timing had anything to do with it. I don't know if its true or not but someone told me of the article. Lots of baseballs players have a few girls on the side though.
  21. So this is pretty interesting. http://terezowens.com/toronto-blue-jays-superstar-has-been-caught-cheating-on-his-longterm-girlfriend/
  22. Best changeup in baseball.
  23. That was a pretty entertaining game. Building was pretty full too so we don't have to hear about their attendance problems for at least a few days.
