    Fire, John, fire, Atkins, fire 3 out of the 4 hitting coaches, fire the bat boy that caused Joey Votto to roll his ankle. It's time to clean house.

    That Springer AB just epitomized the struggles guys have been having all year. 1-1 pitch 90 miles an hour, right down the middle of the plate and no swing from Springer. That should have been in the seats. Too much thinking. See the ball, hit the ball.

    The offense is struggling because they are missing pitches they should do damage on. It's not the swing and misses. Taking fastballs down the middle of the plate. Hitting fastballs down the middle of the plate into the ground because you are late. You have to be aggressive and look to do damage. Be on time like you're going to get a pitch to hit ever pitch. If you swing over a few more breaking balls so be it, but you're not going to miss the hangers, and you'll do damage on the fastball. These guys are expecting a breaking ball because they are guessing with the pitcher because of the pre game meetings and when they are wrong and get the one fastball in the AB they could handle they foul it off, take it, or beat it into the ground because they are late.

    he process isn't working. There's 8 different hitting coaches. Players are getting too much information and being pulled in different directions. It's ridiculous. No hitting meetings for a week. See the ball, hit the ball. Fire Schneider, but get rid of Atkins too. Schneider has no say over his staff. Atkins is the one who has brought in 8 different hitting coaches. This team literally ruins players offensively.

    The month of April was basically his spring training. 12 Ks is no joke. Francis isn't a starter. Just bring Alek up and let's see what he's got.

    No it doesn't look fine. We're doubling down on stupidity. Barger should be playing 2nd. He's played 2nd before. He's never played left. Put Biggio or Sneider in left.

    That ump should be disciplined...that was an awful toss. I don't blame the fans for booing the ump. Oddly enough he's not calling a bad game.

    He walked Soto and gave up a single with bases loaded to judge. That's not exactly a fire able offense.

    Nate looked like the terminator last time out. I don't think he'll be down long. Maybe he's starting to figure things out.

    Yeah, not an entirely obvious answer. Which 2 relievers are you dropping when Swanson and Romano get back. Nate's performance today isn't making this an easy decision.

    Man Biggio's defense is improving as much as his hitting. I haven't heard from the "He's only here because of his last name" crowd in a long while.

    That should be called an error on IKF. That was pathetic.

    That bounced before home plate. It wasn't an easy play. Kirk statistically was one of the best blocking catchers in baseball last year.

    The Soto K was nice, but he left 93 right over the middle of the plate to Judge. He got really lucky there.
