    I've added Silvio, P2F, and silvergun as Yahoo co-commissioners. We now have me, BTS, KK, Dinger, Boxy, z3r0s, thehurl, and those ^ three with commissioner privileges. Literally half of the league can process trades.

    Shulman is a God. The three man booth is horrendous. I do like Buck a lot better as the colour guy. Fire Tabby into the sun. I wish we had Jessica Mendoza.

    Haven't watched video on him before so I'll take your word for it. It just seems to be below 3/4 standard which is what all the scouting reports say. Maybe just that game or just the video angle.

    Borucki is like 5 degrees from being a sidearmer. I didn't know that. Maybe it's just that camera angle, or did he drop it down a bit this year?

    Foregone conclusion. Heck, one or both of them could start the year in AA. The actual question is will one of them sniff AAA. The DREAM is - do we get an MLB cameo in 2018? It's not impossible. Maybe it is with Shatkins though.

    Still just a 118 wRC+ in Astros AAA this year though. I wouldn't expect that to project or MLE very well. That's the 61st best qualified wRC+ out of 159 qualified players. I don't really have increased hope from his numbers. He's a fine transition lottery ticket though. Worth having.

    Yeah I think you're right. Projections would roll in the last few years so there would be lag for minor league talent changes, specifically more mature players in the upper minors

    What's the utility of an MLE though, when you can just use a projection? Why would an MLE be preferable in any way? Steamer updates during the season on Fangraphs... I think. MLE seems to have a bit of use when players come from Japan, Korea, Mexico, Cuba. But even with those the projections are improving.

    This is good. Getting anybody even remotely interesting for Liriano would be positive, even if it's just Sparkman or Vallot. Liriano has produced 1 WAR in his last 48 games (239.2 innings) so he doesn't really have any "objective" value. Some subjective value though obviously.

    Speaking of scorched earth, consensus top 5 prospect Mikey Kopech available to centrepiece one more impact trade. Obviously the way to my heart is a SP upgrade

    Pretty marginal upgrades for me in the light of day but I'm going scorched earth on the farm and I don't love Justus anymore. Mahle hurts to lose though.

    It's pretty clear that you don't understand how any of this stuff works. Hurrr durrr, a team didn't perform to their projections therefore projections are bad! Even PECOTA thinks Toronto is a basically a .500 team for the rest of the season. That's a far cry from blow-it-up awful. I think it's pretty cut that you are an angry mental midget who doesn't understand some pretty basic concepts underlying team true-talent, projection systems, projection efficacy, how to separate the signal from the noise, etc. So this is where I'll just bow out.     The mlb.com midseason top 100 dropped. Vlad #6 Bo #30 Alford #49 Hagen Danner the #9 C prospect (Pentecost is higher than him on the team top 30, but I guess they aren't counting him as a C right now). Pardinho is slotted at #15 on the team list. Harris tumbles to #19
