  1. Marcus Stroman is off to a great start He has never had a FIP or an xFIP of 4.00 or greater
  2. Haven't been yet this year but I don't think they are touching those seats until next offseason by field level outfield I mean the seats in foul territory down the LF/RF lines
  3. field level outfield are horrendous at Rogers Centre. far from the action and the seats don't even point at home plate. 500 level near the infield, on the railing = good value 200 level somewhere along the baseline, on the railing = good spot
  4. I dunno man. You sound pretty middle class and it sounds like you feel like you can't afford to sit in the lower bowl most of the time. cheers!
  5. How much money do you make and when you go to games where do you sit? lol
  6. Do "average income" people really sit in the lower bowl right now though? For the most part I see middle class people do that only rarely. Like, birthday present tickets or something. Most of the time the middle class family tries to sit in field level outfield seats, or somewhere along the baselines in the 200 level. Or in the outfield. And the poor college aged people or working class boozers sit in the 500s.
  7. I agree. He looks shell-shocked.
  8. The 2023 As might be the worst MLB team I have ever seen.
  9. worst in K rate worst in BB rate worst in HR rate is f***ing hilarious
  10. I'm not even sure he has the stuff of a consistent #3 SP. His Stuff / Location numbers so far this year make him look more like.... Brad Keller or something.
  11. AL East with more over .500 teams than the rest of the AL Probably stays that way all year haha
  12. So... unlucky the meat of the order came up in the 8th? lol
  13. Those are called strikes against every other LHB in baseball.
  14. took every ounce of power in his body + helpful wind to clear the wall by one inch

  16. Not too early. The measurements that help in small sample sizes are very concerning for a couple guys. Stuff+ 2022 ; 2023 Manoah 99 ; 94 Bassitt 98 ; 87 So for Manoah and Bassitt they are getting bad results, they look bad, and the fancy stats say their stuff is down significantly. Disgusting. The other three: Gausman 109 ; 117 Berrios 100 ; 99 Kikuchi 107 ; 107 Kikuchi is of course encouraging so far but it's reasonable to expect him to explode at some point, just based on his track record. There is zero reason to worry about Guasman. Berrios... has a good K/BB and FIP so far, but a poor ERA. He simply remains an enigma. The pitching models don't see him as any different than last year, all things considered.
  17. 22 weeks pregnant is "barely showing" for some women, lol I've seen some chicks run 10ks at like 33 weeks
  18. Just flew with a toddler and 1 year old Couldn't imagine leaving that much food debris on an airplane floor A movie theater or ballgame is simply not the same context. Different environment, different burdens on the staff who need to clean up, etc.
  19. Quality outfielders available Can move two of: Verdugo, Renfroe, De La Cruz (CF), Blackmon, Profar, Anderson (also has 3B), Laureano (CF), Haniger.

    Clean as f***
  21. Another factor is that it's not an intense sport for most players. So they don't physically need a lot of days off. The only players who need rest days after playing are starting pitchers.
