The nice thing about not investing money in the pen is that you CAN kind of use and abuse most of your relievers. Most of the RPs in the pen, the team probably should just ride into the ground. The exceptions might be Romano, Swanson, and Mayza. Romano because he is the only elite RP, Swanson because his effectiveness + years of control make taking care of him worthwhile, and Mayza because of his function in the pen and organization depth.
