I know we've found ways to have success but I hate our lineups against lefties.  Going against the Yankees and seeing Fried/Rodon will be scary for that reason.

I’d take my chances with Lukes on how well he has been hitting and in field than a RH batting Santander…batting 4th nonetheless. I hope I’m wrong.

I might be in the minority, but I've liked Santander's ABs.  His pitch recognition has been on point for the most part.  He's taking aggressive swings.  We just need him to run into one.

You also have a track record that supports Santandar so if we can get him right asap, its a game changer.  He already did run into 1 but was foul by a few feet.  Thats more than what Vlad has done for a month it seems lol.

I agree but I think its solely because they plan to remove Schneider for Lukes as soon as a lefty is removed.

I would prefer IKF over Barger against the lefty and Lukes over Straw despite the lefty.

That's a left-handed heavy lineup by the Rays.

Caminero has been crystal clear that he's chasing the Rays home run record so I hope they factor that into how they pitch to him. I think he will be excessively aggressive swinging today.

Yeah out of all our lefties Lukes seems like the one who actually has a chance against LHP
