Trying to figure out how Lucas is accomplishing this. Nothing stands out which makes me think he’s more #4 or 5 starter material if he can stick.
 

Maybe a lesser Justin Steele? Lefty with okay velocity, a couple decent pitches, and a couple more he can locate?

Admittedly, my expertise is more in trashing our AL East rivals with insults than it is dissecting pitching so someone who knows more on the topic might be able to shed more light.

Four pitch lefty with four average pitches. He might actually have five pitches. Pitcherlist hints at cutter, slider, and sweeper. 

The separator is command. He might be a bit of an artiste. 

I'll be ecstatic if he's an SP4/5. JP Sears or whatever.
