HORRIBLE inning

Should be 3-0 with 2 outs and a man on 3rd. Ended up 1-0.

Could've been 4-0 with a man on first and one out easily too.

Look i don't wanna sound like a conspiracy nut, but don't be surprised if the Jays don't have a single close call go their way for the rest of the year. NY is not going to overturn anything unless its 100% clear as day the wrong call.

I wonder what the overturn percentages are across the league.  They've started tracking in the NBA this year and would be good to see in the MLB if it isn't already.

Yeah Clement is an idiot for running through the stop sign. Bo was up, I could understand if Straw was due up, but that was a stupid call by Clement.

So, business as usual?

It’s irrelevant as Clement was clearly in. It’s not his fault he got a bum call.

It's about making the right baseball play.  He made a stupid decision and the 50/50 chance wasn't worth it when you have your best hitter up with the bases loaded and 1 out.  It's baseball 101.

With that said, I thought i saw Clement run through the stop sign. Not sure if a replay was done to show whether he did or didn't.

I don’t think he had a choice not to go home. Straw was basically standing on Second. They were either going to have an out on the bases or at home. And he was safe at home just got screwed.

This is little-league s*** you learn. Watch the 3rd base coach and follow orders.

Yeah, Clement looked like a little leaguer looking for the ball rounding third instead of his coach. That was a bad look.

Ernie has had two very bad baserunnung blunders already this young season. Send his ass to the minors, best way to learn how to run the bases. Can't be f'n up like that here.

Lucas could give us 5 innings at this rate. I certainly didn't expect that. The value of Pete Walker really showing.

Clement not helping himself in earning more playing time.

He's basically the weak side platoon at the moment, 2 days straight with brutal baserunning mistakes. He can't afford that sh*t.

Vladdy working hard on his self proclaimed "floor" of a $500 million contract next off season.

Mark my words, Vlad will be the most overpaid player of the decade. He is not a 500 million dollar player. Debatable if he's even worth 300,

Our batted ball luck has been horrendous. Santander just smoked another one right at the LF.

Frankly a 4-2 record so far is a miracle

Wagner is doing good enough to get rid of the platoon.  Maybe if he cools off or struggles then Clement can start playing more but play your best players first PERIOD.

Gimenez makes that long throw to get the lead runner out look like he's making a simple underhand flip to the SS. He's insane defensively.

He makes every play look easy
