Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Biggio can get the f*** off this team already. Just a brutal mistake. As a pinch runner that's inexcusable. Seems his head just isn’t in the game anymore
mphenhef Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 He has all of his options left. They used one last year didn’t they after a rehab stint? Anyway, yeah, he provides little value other than positional versatility.
Dagagad Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 I’d say this game has mostly been bad luck. We’ve def had enough hard hit balls to have a run by now. But this was supposed to be the ‘smarter’ team this year.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Biggio getting taken to the woodshed in this gdt. No arguement from me. So dissappointing.
Dagagad Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 On Biggio too as a hitter, maybe Keith Law knows something about baseball.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Seems his head just isn’t in the game anymore Happens when you suck. The only thing good about him was his smart baserunning...
Dagagad Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 King is a good reliever and can go multiple innings.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Biggio getting taken to the woodshed in this gdt. No arguement from me. So dissappointing. If your bat is s***, your fundamentals on the field should be sound as f***, take Johnny Mac for example. Errors defensively, baserunning mistakes, it's just adding up. But apparently, we desperately need a 3B/1B/2B/RF flexer to make sure all the seniors get days off.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Biggio getting taken to the woodshed in this gdt. No arguement from me. So dissappointing. I still like him and still believe in his eye at the plate but he needs to go down and get consistent at bats. Get back to that Biggio.
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Romano looks like the kind of guy that chops firewood in the off-season to stay in shape.
Dagagad Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Chapman throwing from third is just a thing of beauty.
JaysAllMighty Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 I still like him and still believe in his eye at the plate You mean when he continuously looks at strike 3
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Chapman throwing from third is just a thing of beauty. Right? He'd probably be a decent pitcher as a positional player
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Can we just get one big hit. Just one time.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Where is KK for those nice TB Rays flairs?
tossingthiscoin Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 john schneider you f***in moron, do you think Biggio is the answer?
Dagagad Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 I feel like they should pinch hit for him but hopefully wrong.
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Yet again, men get on with 0 outs, nothing happens.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 At least he swung at the right pitch…
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 At least he swung at the right pitch…
tossingthiscoin Verified Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 0-14 with risp... One of the most unclutch at-bats I've ever watched.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Can we please demote Biggio? He's done absolutely nothing to deserve to be here, same with Espinal. Even if Lopez has sucked in AAA, I'd rather see if he can get hot up here and maybe get his confidence good for a nice run, rather than these black holes.
Governator Community Moderator Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 A mannequin would have a higher obp than Biggio.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
