It has been kinda weird. He was a frequent poster, said he wanted to have a Fantasy team in two board leagues. He got one and didn’t make a transaction in like 6 months. Yet, he was spotlighting himself so in the Fantasy baseball thread so much with non-board teams, that he basically highjacked it until the Sheriff started regulating.

 

TL then got bent out of shape and left the forum..

 

BUT… Then, if there was a Blue Jay transaction or move, TL would make sure he was the first to post it. No comments, no follow up, just trying to be the first, as if he was fighting for followers with the likes of Ken Rosenthal, Jeff Pasaan, Jon Hayman and JP Morosi.

 

The only other posts he would have, would be posting something from Reddit. It appeared he was trying to drive traffic to Reddit, where I assume he is a God of some sort.

 

And in conclusion, he parachutes in randomly and calls out some non racist internal joking for being racist and gets banned when challenged..

Yeeesh, thanks for the recap. I do remember him blowing up at some point a few months ago and leaving for good. Then he came back a few days ago, posts some cool stuff like that salary cap breakdown, but then starts complaining that the board allows racists to post and links to some thread with deleted comments?? Just had to start stirring s*** up again.

 

Also I notice he still does the thing on reddit where he tries to post news before everyone else. Odd

I liked TL as well, if he said s*** I didnt agree with I would scroll on by, why are we so trigger happy to eliminate a quality poster like him. His Draft threads and signing threads are second to none.

Rule #8 has been there since the rules were handed down, by God. I think there are good reasons it is in there.

 

We enforce the rules within the social context of the message board. Typically we don't care if a community member is critical of the mods because they are either joking, in part, or it's legitimate criticism.

 

But TL is arguably not even a community member at this point. He doesn't even engage here; he basically just, infrequently, double posts s*** he creates for other communities.

 

I don't know about you guys but if some guy I haven't seen in years shows up and starts to take a dump in my backyard, I'm grabbing the garden hose.
