Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Those were two good splitters to Haase and he didn't even blink, something definitely is apparent to everyone about that splitter I believe hitters are using, if its anything that appears to start below the waist, don't even consider swinging at it. If so, he needs to throw more low fastballs and higher splits
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Get those runs back here
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Okay, enough of this scrub. Let's go.
Big BlueJay Verified Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Baez never walks, the guy will swing at anything and he's hitting .195 and Gausman walks him twice. What a joke
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Yeah this just feels like a loss today. One of those days where the Jays have no luck
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 If Vlad could just put one over the wall... it'd be excellent. --- jk he swung at a pitch letter high.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 If Vlad could just put one over the wall... it'd be excellent. His swing decisions are still terrible. He's swinging at the up and inside fastball off the plate way too frequently and doing nothing with it. Like, why swing at that pitch when you're 1-0 ? on a 2 strike count, it's a little more understandable that your protecting but there's no reason to swing at that crap early in the count. His head is messed up right now
Effit Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Not sure about tomorrow so gotta find a way to win this one.

Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Ooo they gave Bo on the error on the tag and credited Moreno on a throw for caught stealing.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Bad defense and bad base running today
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 great, another bad decision. Its just stupid decision day for the Jays
Dagagad Verified Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 It’s a 2 run game and you get out at third. Unbelievable.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 How does a major league player do that? I can see the little leagues full Of 12 year olds.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 I don’t think that was necessarily a bad base running decision, just a perfect field and throw by the OF. Tough luck today
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Just waiting for LetTheBallFly to come in here and educate us about Vladdy's ABs today Justifiable. It seems to me Vlad has no plan at all right now. He's not looking for a certain zone, he's just wanting to swing at everything that isn't completely way off the plate. It's a terrible approach
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 So, they've given us the dead balls for this game then, huh?
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Its a fine try considering Castro is shaky in OF. Just sucks.

His head is messed up right now The worse thing to is it’s almost worse to be a really good hitter with such a bad approach. Instead of swinging at pitches he shouldn’t swing at and fouling them off to live for another day, he can hit well enough to make them into outs.
