No, a good ribeye is better than a filet. The fat makes a ribeye the better tasting steak. Hell there is a reason why some feel the need to wrap bacon around a filet. Filet is tender but no where as tasty as a good ribeye.

That's definitely a matter of opinion. I find that I don't generally like the taste of ribeye steak as I'm not a fan of overly fatty cuts of beef.

Ribeye Steak/s, as in a baseball term for RBI, meat!

I know. You taught me that before. The talk switched to real food man. I’m a foodie so had to chime in

Yeah, same. I mean I’ll eat more fatty cuts but not my preference

Pork > everything.

Spoken like a man who has never eaten Bison.

I mean, the only meats I don't care for are lamb and rabbit (of the ones I've had anyway), but I'm honestly not a huge steak guy (though I did make a nice sirloin tip roast on my BBQ rotisserie the other day that was lovely!)

I grew up a few minutes from a bison farm. It's mighty good, but very very very lean. Not enough fat for my tastes.

Elk is incredible too for leaner game meats

There are three things I will never eat: Dog, cat or human.

Other than that, I'll try anything and decide from there if I like it or not.

Caribou was the best wild meat I ever eaten, even better than moose.

Capra makes sense because we have a ton of lefty bench bats. With a righty in the bench we can play the matchups better when these guys are forced into action.

Looking at Capra he’s mildly interesting but I have no clue on his defense.

Tomahawk

A "Tomahawk" steak is just a ribeye that the rib cage has been frenched (taking the little bit of meat out from between most of the rib. They are essentially the same thing.

When is he eligible to come back?

Don't know if it was posted before, but as a preamble to the Bo Bobblehead, everyone decided to try on Bo Flow:

He's already eligible to come back. So in Jansen. DL is minimum 10 days, they've both been gone for 15+ now.

They need a 40 man spot for Capra though. Someone would have to be DFA or put on the 60 day DL to open one up. I doubt either Jansen or Teo would be out that long. Perhaps Pearson as he can rehab during the DL stint for a certain period of time

Would anyone be surprised or upset if Zimmer was DFA'd? Also, a BUNCH of DFAs are coming around the league as the rosters contract, so this will be the best possible chance to sneak someone through waivers.

They don't have to, there's exception to the Covid IL...

I like his D and speed but that bat is a nightmare.
