BTS Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Very pleased that Hosmer will be memorialized as Mad Max's 3000th K.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Oh yea and he’s throwing a perfect game through 5 innings. Not bad.

thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 A perfecto with a 3000th K and an immaculate inning would be an absurd set of coincidences.
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 I f***ing despise Eric Hosmer
Solaxys Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Hosmer's revenge for being the 3000th K
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Vlad needs to get it done a bit more with the bases packed.. I don’t give a fudge what you guys say, if he wins Triple Crown and Kays go to playoffs, he’s getting it. Been done 1x in last 50+ years. Guys will say Ohtani can win it another year

Lots can change in 3 weeks, lets see how they finish

connorp Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Wat? Just means he needs more rbi, I’ve never knocked Vlad even when it was the cool kid thing to do

King Old-Timey Member Posted September 12, 2021 Posted September 12, 2021 Just means he needs more rbi, I’ve never knocked Vlad even when it was the cool kid thing to do It would take you 30 seconds to look it up and see he has a .440 wOBA with runners in scoring position

Semien with a .340 on base and almost 40 homers is just too much of a base un-clogger. Same with Springer with a .350 on base and power.

If we want Vlad to win the triple crown need to get Biggio healthy and back to 2020 form, and maybe get Austin Martin back, but neither can weight lift. Some how see if you can get Nimmo from the Mets. Line up is Nimmo Martin Biggio Vlad
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Somehow Joey Gallo only now just hit his second career sac fly.
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Somehow Joey Gallo only now just hit his second career sac fly. This is unbelievable
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 This is unbelievable I had to double check because I thought for sure the SNB crew was wrong.
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Are we sure baseball reference isn't wrong? I just don't even believe it. How could that be true.
Laika Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 lol @ the Yankees having Gary Sanchez catch a rookie like Schmidt
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 lol @ the Yankees having Gary Sanchez catch a rookie like Schmidt Did you catch Sanchez’s ultra awful tag at the plate yesterday? Runner was gunned by 20 feet, Sanchez literally stepped aside and let him slide under the tag.
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 This game has been absolutely terrible, and MLB should be embarrassed.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Clarke Schmidt is kind of awful.
BTS Community Moderator Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Clarke Schmidt is kind of awful. So far tonight: - Schmidt being awful - Sanchez can't catch - multiple mistakes in the field - Carrasco walking a pitcher who hasn't had a PA since high school - An interview with Doc Gooden where the feed cuts out and we couldn't hear s*** - A-rod on the broadcast - an hour and 20 minutes to play two innings
King Old-Timey Member Posted September 13, 2021 Posted September 13, 2021 Sunday Night Baseball being completely terrible has been a ongoing theme this season. I just tune in every week to see how bad it is.
