Don't you think that we victimise the drug abusers, by turning them victims of institutions.

 

I remember when I was younger, crack addicts were portrayed as people who destroyed their own life. Today however it feels like everyone is a victim. I dont know

If a Doctor had prescribed him the medication and told him not to drink while on them, would we still be having the same conversation.
