I imagine there a number of different strategies that could be deployed, but yeah that's what I was thinking of.

 

Really anything that increases Billy Hamilton's percentage of his playing time spent on the bases and/or in the outfield, and decreases the percentage of his playing time spent at the plate, would raise his value substantially.
