After taking in tonight's 7-0 victory over Tampa, I have been to 17 games this season. Have tickets to 13 more games this season at the dome marking at least 30 for me. Will also be hitting up two next week in New York against the Yankees. While I would never judge anyone in regards to colaberating how many games you attend makes you more or a less of fan, I curious how many are each us here going to too.

I know some who truly enjoy it more on TV unless they have their ideal seats, so at the end of the day it to each their own.

GO JAYS !!!

Only 4-5. Real expensive now but the 500's behind home are a good view still. I'll hopefully get to another playoff game or two.

I have sadly only been to three this year and three last year. Funny how I go to fewer games during good years. Last year I saw a September game v. O's, Price's last regular season start v. Rays, and ALCS Game 3.

This year I've seen the A's, Rays, and that ridiculous comeback win again the Sox in May.

I might try to go this weekend. I also want to see the Angels when they come. Never seen Trout live before.

1, will make it down to Seattle like I have done the last two years, both losses unfortunately but it's still a great time and tons of bluejays fans.

The best is when the home team commits an error and the crowd cheers loudly

Being in SK makes for a long haul. I got to the RC for the first time last year to see the Rays series in July. I wish I could make more. I've got a good buddy in Seattle so I would love a Jays/M's playoff series so I could go there and see them.

Completely agree on going to way more games during some of those lean years. I rremember one year, maybe 2000, around then anwyas, going to the first 7 straight home games start the season for nothing, bought 3 tickets for the home opener, which we realized upon coming in they never tore, getting a bar stool in the 200 base bar, buy brother going back outiside selling two, coming back in on the 3rd and we ended up with a pile of free ticket vouchers upon leaving, came back each night, kind to crazy to think looking back.

It is great to have meaningful baseball back at the dome.

I use to go to about 10 games a year when I was in high school (09-12)

Then I got older and i missed april and september because I was at UWO, and most of my friends would rather just booze at bars on the weekend so I pretty much did that. Ive gone about 1-2 times a year since with my only game last month on a friday against the tigers. Beer is so f***ing expensive but I chugged a 200ml vodka before going in so I only needed 2 to have a good time lol

Im going back in the fall for a masters degree at Queens so Ill miss the september run again but i would like to have been here for it.

13 so far, have tickets to 6 more. I'd go to more if it wasn't for the awful traffic. Takes me about 60-70 minutes to drive the 20 km to Skydome.

Went to ALDS 1,2,5 and ALCS 3,4. Provided me make the playoffs I'm planning to attend all games home and away if possible

Tonight was my 10th game this season. I try to go down every couple weeks but its kind of a pain in the ass for me to get to Toronto, and none of my friends are bluejays fans so I usually go with my dad. (I live about 30km away from the dome)

Also I just prefer watching on TV. The stadium was so muggy tonight, my ass was sweating like crazy and I felt gross. And I had to get up like 90 times to let people pass for drinks and snacks.

I usually went to about 25-30 per season (bought a package of games from a season seat holder through one of my dads friends who had tickets 2 rows behind the away team dugout), though have taken it down a couple of notches the past 2-3 years. After watching games in other ballparks, I'm not that crazy as I once was to go down to the Rogers Centre unless theres a particular team/pitcher/player I want to see. Still went to about 15 games last year, and saw the Jays play in Anaheim when I was in California last August.

I've only been to 3 games this season (which is quite low for me at this point in the season) though I was away in Europe for 6 weeks at the start of June. Plus, like GD said ticket prices have become more expensive. Cheapest seats in the 500s now are $25 face value through the box office. I'll probably catch another 3-5 games before seasons end, though I'd rather save the money for postseason tickets if the Jays make it again. I went to every postseason game last season which was awesome! I'm thinking about taking a trip out to the west coast in September to see the Jays play the Mariners in Seattle.

How much did that run you to attend every postseason game?

Not sure the exact amount. The Jays only played 6 home postseason games. Had different seats for each game (3 games in the 100 level, 1 game in the 200 level, and 2 games in the 500 level).

I attended all the home games except for ALCS game 5. For the other 5 games I spent about $900, all 500 lvl, so about $180/ ticket. I paid about $220 for the ALDS game 5 and it was the best $220 Ive ever spent.

500 level seats weren't that expensive for the ALDS. I bought mine through the Jays box office.

You could have bought tickets on StubHub for the ALCS less than face value which was appalling. Goes to show you that even bandwagon fans hop off the bandwagon even in the postseason, when the Blue Jays are a couple games away from reach the World Series.

I remember for game 5 100 level seats were going for $80 each ticket and face was $225.

I bought an ALDS game 5 single on stubhub after the Jays went 0-2 to start the series for around $60US way up in the rafters of the 500 level. I am still shaking my head why one would have listed tickets for Game 5 at that time because for the game to be played the Jays would have either had a made a big comeback or if not you simply would have got a refund. Tickets had only one way to, that was up.

This postseason I'll only buy extra tickets for a Game 5 and Game 7 because people will always pay to see those games. Won't take the risk of purchasing extra tickets to the other games, because you can be left hung out to dry knowing Toronto fans. I was able to make some good money off Game 1 of the ALDS, and some off Game 1 of the ALCS, though I was lucky to get face value for the other games I had extra tickets for especially Game 5 of the ALCS.

Even game 5 of the ALDS tickets weren't much. The timeslot and day has a lot to do with it. Every Jays home playoff game last year was an afternoon weekday game. Hopefully if they make it this year we will get home games on the weekend or night games.

I paid $352 US for a pair of tickets section 520 row 16 for ALDS game 5. Purchased right after game 4. $112 US 524 row 17 single, game 3 ALCS, $244 US for a pair to ALCS game 4, 517 row 12.

I remember all the ALDS games being expensive.

Yeah it was ridiculous. I was trying to sell my tickets for ALCS game 5 (game after the Dickey implosion) and I literally couldn't even find a buyer on stubhub.

I had already attended game 4 and I had to work the next day. I was strongly considering calling in sick and just going to game 5. I ended up just selling the tickets to friends for face value.

3, and it's my first time in 15 or so years. Going to Sox series the second week of Sept. Shaping up to be an important one. Can't wait!

I haven't been to a Jays game since the late 90's (I'm English) but I've got tickets for the 1st game vs Boston at Fenway in the last series of the season. Should be a good one! Also going to a Nationals vs Diamondbacks game earlier in the week when I'm in DC - it's Ben Revere garden gnome day!

Games in Seattle are awesome. We pretty much take over the stadium these days. I'm planning to go to one this year as well.

I'll go to About 15.. I'll usually ride my bike there, 15 min ride. Maybe buy 1 beer.. So doesn't cost me too much.

Going to see the Jays on the road is actually a ton of fun. I saw them versus Price this year, Verlander vs Happ in Detroit when JV was in his prime, and the balls to the wall game with Bruce Tallet in Baltimore.

The trick is waiting until the day of. They get super cheap.
