intentional wok Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Between Game 5 of the ALDS last year and the Kim thing this year, Rogers Centre postseason attendees deserve a bit of s***. Pretty embarrassing that two of the first seven postseason games played in over 20 years have been delayed by adults throwing garbage on the field or at the other team.

Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Lol Real Life Celebrity Roy Firestone actually created his own thread for that. I thought it was just a post he made.
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Most of them have likely read the board at one point or another but I dunno how many actually lurk regularly. We are way too mean for any real life celebrities to test their baseball acumen here IMO.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted October 6, 2016 Posted October 6, 2016 Dave Wallace resigns as O's pitching coach http://www.rotoworld.com/images/headshots/MLB/7409.jpg Dave Wallace has resigned as the Orioles' pitching coach. Wallace is hoping to continue coaching in some capacity, preferably in a role without so much travel. "I reached that point in my life I want to spend more time with the family, but I still have a passion to help young pitchers," the 69-year-old told USA Today's Bob Nightengale on Thursday. Wallace has over 35 years of experience in professional baseball and spent the past three years (2014-2016) as the pitching coach of the O's. The team produced a 19th-ranked 4.22 staff ERA in 2016.

How can you not want to watch if you like the sport.

Maybe they are taking a few days off to lick their wounds before tuning back in? Or maybe they do just suck.

KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Didn't Roy Firestone use to host "The Halls of Fame", a bargain budget series about baseball players in the HOF that was sponsored by Halls lozenges? That was regular filler programming on TSN back in the day.
