Haha I can't believe how much attention this is getting.

We can't stand the thought that someone might think less of the great nation of Canada

Between Game 5 of the ALDS last year and the Kim thing this year, Rogers Centre postseason attendees deserve a bit of s***. Pretty embarrassing that two of the first seven postseason games played in over 20 years have been delayed by adults throwing garbage on the field or at the other team.

Andrew Walker said that he spent yesterday reading the Orioles Message board

Most of them have likely read the board at one point or another but I dunno how many actually lurk regularly.

Same. Take that picture anywhere in the stadium, they will look the same.

They are looking at them through asian/nerd-coloured glasses give them a break

We are way too mean for any real life celebrities to test their baseball acumen here IMO.

Dave Wallace resigns as O's pitching coach

http://www.rotoworld.com/images/headshots/MLB/7409.jpg

Dave Wallace has resigned as the Orioles' pitching coach.

Wallace is hoping to continue coaching in some capacity, preferably in a role without so much travel. "I reached that point in my life I want to spend more time with the family, but I still have a passion to help young pitchers," the 69-year-old told USA Today's Bob Nightengale on Thursday. Wallace has over 35 years of experience in professional baseball and spent the past three years (2014-2016) as the pitching coach of the O's. The team produced a 19th-ranked 4.22 staff ERA in 2016.

Lol their GDT thread for our game had a total of 3 posts. Really nice baseball community they got there:

- Man, do I hate the BJs. It's. It rational how much I hate them.

-This game is almost worse than having no baseball to watch.

-Blah...

Real Life Celebrity Roy Firestone created a "Let's Go Rangers" thread.

Or have we already covered this?

It's actually amazing how many of them completely check out after the Orioles are eliminated. Some baseball fans, lol. This is their GDT:

I thought the same thing. They lost out and now they don't care. There are a lot of good series going on and great baseball. How can you not want to watch if you like the sport.

To be fair if we got eliminated on a walk off I would need a minimum 2 night of watching no baseball.

That WC was a brutal ending for them after 162 with Buck's inept managing and Edwin ripping their hearts out of their chests.

Maybe they are taking a few days off to lick their wounds before tuning back in? Or maybe they do just suck.

Especially to the Orioles, of all teams.

Didn't Roy Firestone use to host "The Halls of Fame", a bargain budget series about baseball players in the HOF that was sponsored by Halls lozenges? That was regular filler programming on TSN back in the day.
