ROFL, I do feel for the fans. There is no question you can't leave your best pitcher on the pine for 3 innings in this situation. He had many chances. Total bonehead move IMO. I am no rocket scientist but I think everyone in the baseball world knows Zach should have pitched at some point. He is probably the best pitcher in baseball this year!

It's amazing to me how none of them seem to give any credit whatsoever to their own players for how far they made it this year. All the credit goes to Buck Showalter. Without him they're at best "75-78 wins", with him they're a WC team. Their worship of him is absolutely ridiculous. They talk as if being a good manager -which is definitely debatable whether he is or isn't- actually has any impact on team W-L record, let alone being 10 wins better than their supposed talent level (where this would in fact just mean that a lot of luck was involved rather than shrewd managerial moves).
