Possibly but I can't see the Jays selling the farm for Carrasco with Shapiro aboard.

 

I know they said they didn't want to trade any big bats, but maybe Travis and Pillar are available, that would get it done fairly, if not weighted more in favor of Cleveland, if we go by projected WAR. Then we'd just need to sign a 2B, and play Pompey in CF.

If the rumored Norris/Hoffman/Pompey package did not get it done a few months ago, then I don't think there's anything the Jays can offer in prospects that will interest the Indians.

Nobody should be untouchable. You may have to pay a small ransom to get guys but nobody is untouchable.
